Return & Refund Policy – Crafted Sense

At Crafted Sense, we want you to be fully informed about our return and refund process before making a purchase. Please read this policy carefully.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition-
  • The item is returned in original packaging-
  • Proof of purchase is provided

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, earbuds that have been used or worn are not eligible for return, unless they are defective upon arrival.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale or sale items
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Crafted Sense is not responsible for lost return shipments

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected: 

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt
  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or denied

If approved: 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund

Only the product price is refundable.
Original shipping fees are not refunded.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared: 

  1. Check your bank or card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting delays may apply)
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchanges if the item is:

  • Defective, or
  • Damaged upon delivery
  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos or video showing the issue

Approved exchanges are for the same item only.


Damaged Due to Use

Damage caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Accidents
  • Water exposure beyond stated product specifications
  • Normal wear and tear

is not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
