How do I place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and follow the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of placement.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 2–3 weeks
  • DHL Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Please email us within 24 hours and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours, though bank posting times may vary.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my order

Carrier tracking systems can occasionally be delayed. We recommend:

  • Waiting an additional business day
  • Checking with neighbors or building management
